DIV> RESUME OF MY SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITYDuring last 13 years, including 3 senior years at the university, I participated in the scientific investigations in the laboratory of ionic crystals and photo processes of the Scientific Research Institute of Physics, Odessa National University, Ukraine. Our aim was to develop photosensitive infrared detectors and non-cooled matrix units based on thin polycrystalline lead sulphide films in the spectrum range of 0.6 - 3 micrometers and temperature 77 - 300 K. It was a collaborative project with the Institute of Applied Microelectronics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Novosibirsk, Russia (Akademgorodok). Now some of these detectors and units are used in space satellites and cosmic ships like Buran and Energy, spectral measurements and devices. My scientific activity develops along two lines: fundamental and applied aspects. The fundamental part includes research of mechanisms of dark- and photoconductivity in thin PbS-based films at different temperatures, Hall effect, kinetic properties, peculiarities of light absorption, growth and structure of films, roentgen research, and influence of ambient factors on above properties and characteristics (for example, oxygen and other oxidizers). The applied part was intended to develop new preparation technology of these films with high photoconductivity ( called spray technology), to calculate different modes of operation as single detectors as matrix units (256x256 elements) in various temperature ranges. Besides, the main goal of our technology was to obtain the photo-sensitive elements on silicon substrates in order to combine them with schemes of commutation and signal processing in one microchip. This microchip may be connected to the computer, and, hence, we have a device with feedback and a comfortable method for infrared vision. My investigations resulted in writing the thesis Photoelectrical properties of PbS films with different relief of zones, 2000. Altogether 22 publications, 19 scientific papers, one monograph, one textbook, 5 papers have been accepted by the scientific journals and shall be eventually printed. Participation in 10 international conferences, including making reports abroad (Italy, 1994; Russia, 1996) Certificate of scientific achievement (Odessa, 1996). At 2003 I worked as an engineer in the Islamic Republic of Iran, Nuclear
Power Plant Bushehr. I would like to continue scientific investigation in the field of
microelectronics, or physics of semiconductors, or computer science (engineering). I can come to
your country and get advanced training or working in the laboratories or scientific (
technological) centres with a view of further co-operation with your company.
